All sales are final. Since all of our items are handmade, we do not honor refunds and/or exchanges . Once an item is purchased, we immediately begin purchasing supplies/materials or making the items themselves for your order. Cancellations will not be honored due to the made to order and handmade nature of our brand. If in the event we do make an exception (this is at OUR discretion and the timing of when you contacted us about the cancellation), your refund will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee.
Because of our order volume, once an order is placed we are cannot to go back and put in a special sale/discount code. Make sure you check out carefully to avoid missing out on the deal.
We do not respond to notes left at check out. ALL questions must be asked prior to time of payment as we do not see these notes until time of shipping (on our turn around time). You can send your questions to email@example.com to receive a quick answer!
Once an item has been accepted by the USPS, it is no longer our responsibility. If your package should get lost, we cannot send another as a replacement. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance, please email us prior to purchasing so that we can set up an invoice with an additional charge for this service.
DOMESTIC ORDERS: Shipping date is anywhere from 1-4 weeks from purchase date. Some items are MADE TO ORDER, so supplies & materials are not purchased until your order is received. If you order a ready to ship item with a made to order item, your order will ship all together when the made to order item is completed. We use USPS First Class Mail, and will update you via email with your shipping confirmation & tracking number. Once your item has shipped, you will receive it in 2-5 business days. We are not responsible for lost mail once everything has shipped with confirmation. This goes for addresses that packages fail to be delivered to due to incorrect addresses customers may have left at check out. ThCustomer is fully responsible for leaving the correct address prior to shipping. We always ship to the address provided at the time of check out, and are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. The reshipment of packages returned to CQC due to an incorrect address will be at the customer’s cost, not ours. Note: we are in NO way responsible for lost packages! USPS issues and failures to deliver are NOT in our control.

Please be aware that this method does NOT include insurance and must be chosen at buyer's risk as YOU WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED for lost or damaged packages. Recipient is responsible for any duty or custom charges and taxes. We are not responsible for any items once they have shipped, please email us prior to purchase (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you would like to add insurance to your package. Lastly, you will be notified via email with tracking once your item(s) has been shipped. The buyer chooses their address - you tell us where to ship when you order, and that's where we ship! Your address must be exactly how USPS requires it to be sent to (for instance, if a "#" symbol is missing for building number, a LAST NAME completely missing, a number or letter in the address is incorrect, an incorrect/misspelled first/last name, etc) - we are not responsible for these issues. Note that once shipped, international orders can take up to 8 weeks to arrive. We have no control over the speed of delivery. We ship from the United States!!! So be aware of how long it can normally take when placing an international order. ALSO be advised we ship to the address chosen at check out at time of purchase NOT PayPal address! Note: we are in NO way responsible for lost packages! USPS issues and failures to deliver are NOT in our control.

All distressed denim pieces are made to order and the details are applied by hand. Photos are just an example, we do our best to match listing photos but variations occur due to this nature.
Colors for t-shirts may appear darker or lighter on your computer screen depending upon your computer settings. Graphic size & colors will vary according to size of shirt, variations may vary slightly from the pictures. Since each image is handmade, the exact position and placement may vary slightly. As with all cotton shirts, some shrinkage after washing should be expected.
In the event we do make a mistake OR if the item is unusable/damaged upon arrival, please send us a picture & detail within the first 48 hours of receipt (tracking will show when it arrived. This is 48 hours from delivered date). We require this item be returned to us in order to receive a replacement, no exceptions. We will then send you a prepaid mailer via USPS so that returning is seamless and no out of pocket costs to you. You are to return this item back to us once you receive the mailer. Tracking will be on the postage and mailer so that we can see the whereabouts of this return. All that is needed is for you to put the item(s) in the mailer and leave in your mailbox for outgoing mail at your home, we take care of everything else. Once we receive the incorrect/damaged item(s) back, we will start working on a new product to ship out to you.
On the rare exception that we do accept a return for an exchange, the return shipping is at the expense of the buyer and the original shipping fee will not be refunded. There is also a 15% restocking fee that will be subtracted from your exchange credit. You are responsible for sending the item back to us and providing tracking info as well. Once we receive the item back, we will issue a shop credit to repurchase (minus shipping and the 15% restocking fee). You are responsible for shipping costs back to you!

We are NOT responsible for packages once they leave our office OR any delivery issues with USPS. All shipments are provided a tracking number, and unfortunately postal issues are not in our hands.
